The singer, who released her seventh album, Lover [3], on Aug. 23, kept things cool in a colorful Versace ensemble and black boots as she stepped out on the red carpet and snapped photos with fans before her showstopping performance [4] of "Lover" and "You Need to Calm Down." Taylor took home two awards [5], including video of the year for "You Need to Calm Down," and she celebrated with pals Halsey and Gigi and Bella Hadid [6].
The last time Taylor attended the show [7] was all the way back in 2015, when she joined Nicki Minaj for the opening performance [8], presented then-friend Kanye West with the Vanguard Award [9], and took home video of the year for "Bad Blood."
