Tori Spelling [1] reportedly tripped and fell onto a hibachi grill [2] while celebrating Easter Sunday on April 5. The star was having lunch with husband Dean McDermott and their four children — Finn, Hattie, Liam, and Stella — when the incident happened at a Southern California Benihana. The family was also joined by a few close friends. Dean confirmed the incident to the New York Daily News, saying his wife burned her arm on a steaming grill [3] and needed medical attention. "It was an unfortunate accident," Dean said. "She had a little burn . . . she had to get skin grafts." When asked if they plan to press charges, the reality star said, "I don't know." Tori was all smiles before the accident [4], posting numerous photos to Instagram of the relaxing lunch.
