Kelsea Ballerini [8] and Australian musician Morgan Evans got engaged on Christmas Day [9] after dating for nine months (the two met while cohosting Australia's Country Music Channel Awards in 2016). Kelsey wrote this about the engagement:

After her split from Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert [11] announced her new relationship with musician Anderson East with a cuddly photo of the two [12] in early 2016. Canadian country singer Lindsay Ell [15], whose debut album Worth the Wait just dropped in March, is dating radio host and comedy musician Bobby Bones. The couple made their relationship Instagram official with this sweet photo and the caption: "2 years. friends. Now. 👫. @lindsayell."
