Just Getting to Know Brazilian Sensation Anitta? Here Are the 3 Guys She's Seriously Dated

If you haven't heard of Larissa de Macedo Machado yet — or, as she is known professionally, Anitta — then it's only a matter of time before you do. Brazil's biggest pop star and social media personality has already been a star in Brazil for nearly a decade, but the 25-year-old is finally getting the international recognition she deserves, too. After collaborating with Iggy Azalea on her song, "Switch" in 2017, Anitta was soon sought after by artists like Maluma and J Balvin, and her career took off.

She even landed her own docuseries on Netflix, Vai Anitta, in November last year, where she gives fans an inside look into her career, her family, and her love life. Though she's currently single, here's everything we know about the three lucky men who have wooed the Brazilian hottie.

01

Mr. Thug

Diego Villanueva — or Mr. Thug, as he is better known — is a Brazilian singer-songwriter and the lead singer of the group Bonde da Stronda who dated Anitta from early 2011 through the end of 2012, starting when she was 18 and he was 21. The two released a very sexy song called "O mundo para" and had planned to create a music video together, but that project was canceled after they went their separate ways. Though they don't see each other often, Diego says he has nothing but love for Anitta.

Pablo Morais

Anitta also had a relationship with Brazilian model Pablo Morais, whom she briefly dated for two months in 2016. Though Anitta was secretive about the relationship at first, she later posted a picture of the two kissing, making their romance public. Pablo expressed in an interview that he wanted to bring Anitta to Goiania meet his mother, but the pair allegedly split after a fight at Baile da Favorita, an annual party held in Rio de Janeiro.

Thiago Magalhães

After only three months of dating, Anitta shocked fans by making things official with businessman Thiago Magalhães, who is 12 years her senior. The two said "I do" in the Amazon while she was there recording her music video for "Is That For Me" with Alesso, and they made the union official in November of 2017. However, only 10 months later, Thiago and Anitta decided to end the marriage, a decision she reflects on in her docuseries Vai Anitta. When asked about Anitta — whom Thiago called Larissa — the businessman said that he has tons of admiration for his ex-wife and still considers them to be friends.
