Noah Centineo may have captured our hearts in shows like "The Fosters" and "Austin & Ally," but he became a certified heartthrob with "Sierra Burgess Is a Loser" and his breakout film, "To All the Boys I've Loved Before." Up next, he's set to return to the big screen in "Black Adam" alongside Dwayne Johnson — but his love life offscreen has been pretty hush-hush for the most part.

Over the years, he's been loosely linked to a number of stars, including his Netflix costar Lana Condor and even Camila Cabello after he appeared as her love interest in the "Havana" music video. Condor — who is engaged to Anthony De La Torre — explicitly denied dating Centineo in a 2018 interview with Us Weekly.

Although he's not too public about his love life, Centineo definitely has a romantic side — at least judging by a story he told about his favorite first date of all time. "She'd come over late afternoon sometime close to sunset or just before and I said bring a book, and we traded," Centineo told BuzzFeed in 2018. "I gave her 'The Celestine Prophecy' and she gave me 'You Are the One' by Kute Blackson, and we read. For, like, three hours."

Anastasia Karanikolaou

In October 2020, E! News reported that Centineo was dating Kylie Jenner's best friend, Anastasia Karanikolaou. According to the outlet, the pair began their relationship by "getting together as friends to film a project, but they ended up connecting and having chemistry."

It's unclear if the pair are still together or not, but they do still follow each other on Instagram.

Alexis Ren

In March 2019, Centineo started dating model and social influencer Alexis Ren. The two met through friends before making their red carpet debut as a couple at the UNICEF Masquerade Ball in October 2019. After more than a year of dating, the two parted ways in April 2020, per Us Weekly.

Angeline Appel

This was one steamy romance, as seen in some sizzling Instagram posts, like this one locking lips and this one out by the pool. The Disney Channel actor shared a number of social media posts with Centineo during their time together back in 2016. Their relationship allegedly lasted two years, before they called it quits in 2018.

Lily Collins

The "Tagged" star was also briefly linked to Lily Collins in 2019. While the two share a management team and costar in Arty's "Save Me Tonight" music video, things seemed fairly platonic. At least until Collins and Centineo shared some flirty comments on a since-deleted Instagram post, per E! — and were photographed together at the 2019 Vanity Fair Oscar Party, shown above.

To be fair, that Calvin Klein post was pretty hard to ignore. How serious this one was is up in the air.

Kelli Berglund

Back in 2014, Centineo dated Disney Channel star Kelli Berglund, around the same time the two actors costarred in "How to Build a Better Boy." While we don't know for certain how long the romance officially lasted, they sure make one adorable Disney couple!
