Poor Chrissy Teigen. She really wanted to go to the Met Gala, but it was thought too risky for her [1] to fly to New York as she's currently heavily pregnant with baby number two [2] — and she had a serious case of FOMO. This year, everybody's favorite fashion party was attended by Hollywood's royalty (as well as actual royalty [3]), and the theme [4] was the perfect excuse to get dressed up and really go crazy on the red carpet [5].
While stars like Blake Lively enjoyed their evening on the red carpet [6] (there was no sign of Beyoncé [7], though), Chrissy had to get comfy on the sofa with the rest of us — but of course, this didn't stop her from having her own fun. Although the model didn't get the chance to wear "head sh*t," she still managed to turn her casual dressed-down style into a hilarious hair and makeup "tutorial," proving once again that she's the queen of social media [8].
