Snowy weather in the Big Apple is leading some to call it "Snow York City." Although Winter Storm Pax [1] is bringing extreme, dangerous conditions to parts of the eastern US, people in downtown NYC are taking to Instagram to share stunning pictures of the snow-covered city. Central Park is blanketed in white, people in SoHo are building snowmen on the sidewalks, and the snowy West Village looks like something out of a painting.
