It's been quite a while since Zach Galifianakis [1] made a red carpet appearance, so when he popped up for a special presentation of Birdman in NYC over the weekend, we were surprised to see him debuting a whole new look. Zach first started dropping pounds over a year ago; he told Conan O'Brien in 2013 [2], "I stopped drinking and I just kind of put the weight off," but he's looking thinner and more healthy than ever. Things have been pretty busy for Zach so far this year; back in March, he appeared in Muppets Most Wanted and interviewed Barack Obama on Between Two Ferns [3]. Here's hoping he's coming back into the spotlight after Birdman hits theaters on Oct. 17, because let's be honest: the shortage of hilarious Zach Galifianakis moments [4] has left a void in our lives.
