"I Do!" See All the Celebrity Weddings of 2021 and the Ones We're Just Now Finding Out About

This was the year of surprise celebrity weddings. From Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez to Issa Rae and Louis Diame, it seems like celebrity couples took advantage of the ongoing COVID-19 vaccine rollout to have smaller, more intimate weddings. Other couples, like Riz Ahmed and Fatima Farheen Mirza and Kristen Wiig and Avi Rothman, secretly tied the knot last year, but we're just now finding out. Given that the year is almost over, we're bound to see a few more couples make their love official in the coming days. Two months after getting engaged, the couple made things official with a gorgeous beachside wedding ceremony in the Dominican Republic in October.

The activist announced her nuptials to the general manager of high performance of the Pakistan Cricket Board on social media in November. "Today marks a precious day in my life. Asser and I tied the knot to be partners for life," she captioned a series of wedding photos. "We celebrated a small nikkah ceremony at home in Birmingham with our families. Alongside a photo of herself and Charlie sharing a kiss on their special day, Lily wrote, "I've never wanted to be someone's someone more than I do yours, and now I get to be your wife. On September 4th, 2021 we officially became each other's forever. I love you beyond @charliemcdowell."

In October, Freida Pinto revealed on The Kelly Clarkson Show that she and her boyfriend, Cory Tran, eloped during quarantine. "I wasn't planning a big fat Indian wedding," the actress said. "It was just going to be something pretty and simple . . . but then COVID happened and it's still happening, and we just realized we were going to be planning this for the rest of our lives and probably never doing it, so we decided one day to go to the Honda Center in Anaheim and just get married." Over the summer, Freida announced that she and Cory are expecting their first child in the fall.
