Billy Eichner celebrated the 15th anniversary of his show Billy on the Street [1] by — what else? — hitting the streets of New York City to yell in the faces of random passersby. In his latest episode, Billy was joined by Hollywood hunk Chris Evans [2], and together the two attempted to spread the news that Billy's show is now available on Netflix (keyword: attempted). The duo got a bit sidetracked by people who fangirled over and didn't even recognize Chris as Captain America, and of course, Billy's signature scream-filled outbursts [3] were in full force.
