Chrissy Teigen and John Legend [1] are in vacation mode. On Dec. 21, the "Wonder Woman [2]" singer shared a collection of photos on Instagram to kick off the family trip with his wife of nine years [3] and their two children. "Our holiday has begun," Legend wrote.
The first photo of the post features Teigen, Legend, and 6-year-old daughter Luna smiling for a selfie in the sun. The following photos capture the couple's 4-year-old son, Miles, in the ocean, along with more photos of the kids enjoying the water and sand. Luna and Miles [4] look like they are eager for their sibling to arrive.
Teigen announced her pregnancy [5] on Instagram in August, following their pregnancy loss in 2020 [6]. "[T]he last few years have been a blur of emotions to say the least, but joy has filled our home and hearts again," she captioned the announcement. "1 billion shots later (in the leg lately, as u can see!) we have another on the way," she added, referring to a bruise on her leg from IVF treatments [7].
In addition to sharing her and her family's grief [8] with the world in 2020 after losing their unborn baby, Jack, the "Cravings" author opened up about realizing that she'd had an abortion [9]. With the sad moments, she has also shared the highlights, which have included a traditional Thanksgivings [10], scenic vacations [11], candid pictures of their growing family [12], and so much more.
