Given her love of cooking and vibrant personality, we imagine Chrissy Teigen is a great host — on short notice, however, maybe not so much. The multihyphenate recently live-tweeted her experience preparing for a Voice [1] finale dinner party after having found out about it that day. "John invited everyone to dinner at the house after and I'm really f*cking mad because I didn't make a f*cking FINALE meal," she tweeted [2].
Someone on Twitter later unearthed a video [3] in which John mentions said dinner plans in front of fellow coach Gwen Stefani [4] and, yes, Chrissy herself. Chrissy then explained that she was aware of the dinner party, but hadn't realized it would be in honor of the 17th season's finale. She explained, "I would have gotten a cake or something too?? Who the f*ck does this? U don't win the voice then eat short ribs."
As you can imagine, the dinner party turned out just fine — after, of course, both Chrissy and John ordered separate Milk Bar cakes, one of which had "John's 'Solution' Cake" written on it.
