Ciara and Russell Wilson [1] just wore the Halloween [2] couples costume to end all couples costumes. The superstar pair, and one of our favorite couples, dressed as Beyoncé and JAY-Z [3] from The Carters' epic 2018 music video for "Apes**t," and the attention to detail couldn't be more perfect.

Ciara and Russell's costume was an homage to the opening scene of "Apes**t," where Beyoncé and JAY-Z are standing in front of Leonardo da Vinci's "Mona Lisa" at the Louvre Museum in Paris. Much like Bey and Jay, Ciara and Russell wore matching suits. Ciara wore a lavender satin low-cut two-piece with red piping and a red knotted rope belt, a luxe diamond necklace, and matching 8 Other Reasons Royalty earrings [4] ($15). Her hair was styled in a wavy chestnut half-up ponytail. Russell wore a bright turquoise double-breasted suit, a gold chain necklace featuring a pharaoh pendant, white sneakers, and black socks — just like JAY-Z.

The best part of the outfit is how they replaced the original painting reference of "Mona Lisa" from the "Apes**t" music video [5], which became a painting of Meghan Markle from Bey and JAY's Brit Awards acceptance speech [6], and added their own painting reference of Michelle and Barack Obama [7] — genius.
