Colton Haynes Cried Through His Entire HRC Acceptance Speech, and, Well, So Will You

Over the weekend, Colton Haynes received a special honor from the Human Rights Campaign in Seattle. In recognition of his coming out as gay earlier this year, his portrayal of LGBT characters on television, and his continued efforts to act as an LGBT ally and advocate, the HRC bestowed upon the actor its Visibility Award. Colton took the stage, already crying, to give an acceptance speech and proceeded to dab away tears as he described his emotional journey — which also included personal struggles with anxiety — to where he is today.
