On Thursday, the 24-year-old model gushed over the heartwarming docuseries [2] during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show [3], admitting that her brief stint as a cheerleader in high school wasn't nearly as rigorous as Navarro's program [4]. But she got a chance to work with the cheer masters [5] when Ellen brought out a few members of the Navarro squad to teach her a simple prep stunt.
