Despite her fear of interviews and the fact that she doesn't eat chicken or hot sauce, Khloé Kardashian [1] appears on "Hot Ones" [2] in an episode released on June 23.

In the episode, Kardashian discusses the art of maintaining an extremely organized pantry, using prosthetics to avoid being spotted by fans or paparazzi, and why she hates interviews, among other things. "I was a little insane with making everything match and super monochromatic. But I love a good organized anything. It's a big turn on for me," she says of her pantry-organizing skills and affinity for neatness.

She also describes when her sisters attempted to avoid being recognized, a moment that was a highlight of a 2016 "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" [3] episode called "Fake It Til' You Make it." Apparently she and her sisters wore prosthetics and went on a TMZ tour bus — but their attempts to go under the radar didn't succeed. "No one knew who we were at first and they started to figure it out. Because we spoke in accents and they weren't solid," she says.

She also explains that she dislikes interviews because of the way what she says often gets twisted to mean "something that it wasn't supposed to."

As for how the rest of her family would do on "Hot Ones," she has an immediate answer. "My mom would kill it. I think Kendall [4] and Kylie [5] are very competitive so they would do it," she says. "The rest of us would give up." She herself manages to make it to the end of the hot-sauce lineup, shedding a few tears along the way. Watch the full interview above.
