The Kardashian family had a girls' night out [1] at the People's Choice Awards [2] in LA on Sunday, but did you catch that awkward moment between Kim and Kourtney before the show? During an interview with E!'s Giuliana Rancic, the sisters were asked about their outfits and who they were wearing [3]. Kourtney attempted to answer the question, saying, "I didn't plan this — Naeem Khan? How do you say it?" before Kim took a page from husband Kanye West's playbook [4] and interrupted her, replying, "All that matters is that we're wearing KKW Diamonds [5]! That's all that — we're all wearing that."
Kim then turned to Kourtney and told her she was "saving her" because she didn't know who she was wearing, but Kourtney, in fact, did. "No, it's Naeem Khan, I just didn't know how to pronounce it," she said, to which Kim simply replied, "Oh." The whole exchange definitely made me cringe, and I wasn't even there. I'd say it was even more awkward than Kim and Kendall Jenner's Emmys moment [6] from earlier this year. Perhaps this is why Kourtney is taking a break from Keeping Up With the Kardashians [7]? Just a thought.
