He's here! Megan Fox has given birth to her third child with husband Brian Austin Green, E! News reports. According to a source, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles star welcomed a baby boy named Journey River Green on Aug. 4. The pregnancy news first came out in April, and was a surprise to most given the fact that Megan and Brian were separated at the time. Since then, the couple has managed to put their differences aside and various news outlets have reported that their relationship is back on track. Megan and Brian are also parents to 3-year-old son Noah and 2-year-old son Bodhi. Congrats to the duo on their growing family!
