Congratulations are in order — Niecy Nash and musician Jessica Betts have tied the knot! The Claws actress shared the happy news on Aug. 31 with a photo from their recent outdoor ceremony taken by the talented Robert Ector [2]. "Mrs. Carol Denise Betts," Niecy captioned the joyful wedding snap with the hashtag, "Love wins." She also called their surprise nuptials a "plot twist" in her Instagram Stories. "I got a whole Wife," Jessica said on her own Instagram photo [3].

It's unclear when Niecy and Jessica first started dating, but they've been friends since at least 2018, when Niecy shared a photo of them hanging out on her Instagram Stories. Jessica also made a guest appearance on Claws [4] in 2018.

Niecy was previously married to Don Nash from 1994 to 2007, and they share three kids together: Dia, Donielle, and Dominic. She was also married to Jay Tucker from 2011 to 2019.
