On Thursday, Fergie celebrated her 39th birthday with her shirtless husband, Josh Duhamel, but not in the way you'd expect. Her friends bought her a cake with a photo from Win a Date With Tad Hamilton! on top, in which Josh is showing off a smoldering look in only jeans. "Thank u for my dope bday cake!!!!! LOL #tadhamilton," Fergie captioned the Instagram pic. But her sweet treats didn't stop there. She also shared a pic of a second cake that featured her son, Axl, holding a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOMMY!!!" sign, writing, "My cake from my boyZ I love, Axl and Josh Duhamel. #babycakez."
