Rob Gronkowski appears in a flirty scene with Jane Fonda [1] in the movie "80 For Brady," but in real life, he's very much in a committed relationship. Gronkowski has been dating model and actor Camille Kostek since 2015, and the pair even share an adorable French bulldog together.
Gronkowski is a four-time Super Bowl champion who played on the New England Patriots for nine years, followed by two years on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He often played alongside Tom Brady [2] and is widely considered one of the greatest tight ends ever. Meanwhile, Kostek began her career as a cheerleader and has continued on to work as a television host, model, actor, and motivational speaker.
The couple often support each other on and offline. When Gronkowski retired from football for the first time in 2019, Kostek posted an Instagram tribute [4] to him. "You motivate me to be better, you show me that limits can be pushed and that challenges make you stronger," she wrote in the caption. "If you ask me, you're the best to ever do it . . . March 2019: Camille Kostek Supports Rob Gronkowski's First Retirement
Gronkowski announced his first retirement from football in March 2019. At the time, Kostek expressed her support in an interview with Extra, per People [6]. She also said she wasn't sure he would stay retired. (He returned in 2020.) "I think he is messing with everybody, then again he stumps me all the time so who knows?" she said. "He could be pulling this out of the woodwork at some time. I would love to see him out there, but I am also respecting him taking this time for himself, healing up his body, and enjoying the time off."
Kostek also discussed Gronkowski's career. "It's been a blast," she said. "I was cheerleading on the sidelines in the first couple years . . . I went from cheering him on the sidelines of the Super Bowl to being a proud girlfriend in the crowd to [watching him end] his career on the Super Bowl field . . . I feel very lucky that I got to be a part his incredible career."

Gronkowski and Kostek took their family to a new level when they adopted a gray French bulldog named Ralphie in March 2021.
"I told myself if I win the Super Bowl, I got to get a French bulldog, and I won the Super Bowl, so I had to go through with the plans!" he told People [8] on May 6. The pup even has his own Instagram page [9], and it's pretty adorable.
April 2022: Camille Kostek Says She'd Be Happy to Get Engaged
In April 2022, Kostek said she was definitely open to getting engaged. "If he were to get down on one knee, I'd be excited," she told Us Weekly [11]. "He's my best friend. I would spend the rest of my life with him."
June 2022: Camille Kostek Supports Rob Gronkowski's Decision to Retire (Again)
Gronkowski retired from the NFL for the second time in June 2022 after returning for two years alongside his teammate Tom Brady [12], who also officially announced his retirement (for the second time) [13] in February.
In a comment on Gronkowski's Instagram announcement [14], Kostek shared a message of support for her boyfriend. "Dream chasers. I'm always proud of you," she wrote. "Some of the best years of my life have been cheering on and off the field for you! Ily."
January 2023: Rob Gronkowski Talks About Getting Engaged to Camille Kostek
In a Jan. 27 interview with People [16], Gronkowski said getting engaged to Kostek has crossed his mind. He said they "definitely talk about" getting engaged, but it's hard because "we're both super busy with our careers . . . She's right in the middle of hers, shooting for Sports Illustrated once again, and then we got the Super Bowl."
He did note that her birthday and Valentine's Day are approaching. "Maybe some magic will happen," he said. "[It's] going to have to eventually happen."
