It was date night for Sarah Hyland and Wells Adams at the 2023 Critics' Choice Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday night. The couple — who tied the knot [1] back in August — made a sultry appearance at the ceremony, showing up in matching all-black ensembles. The 32-year-old "Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin" actor [2] was one of the night's many presenters, joining Golden Globe winner Quinta Brunson [3], Aubrey Plaza, and more.
Hyland and Adams first met in 2017 after the former "Bachelor in Paradise" star slid [4] into her DMs. They eventually got engaged in 2019 [5], and despite a few setbacks due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they officially wed last year and celebrated with a honeymoon in the Maldives [6].
In addition to their nuptials, Hyland's Peacock series [7], "Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin," recently got picked up for a second season. Hyland celebrated the renewal on Instagram [8] over the weekend, writing, "We're coming baaaaaack! A HUGE thank you to everyone who watched for making #bumperinberlin the biggest comedy on @peacocktv ! Who's ready for more #humper on season two???"
As we wait for more details on season two, see more of Hyland and Adams's night out ahead.
