Selena Gomez recently went back to her wizard roots [1] for a fun TikTok video with internet magician Zach King. The "Rare" singer joined forces with Zach to create a quick clip, which he posted on March 13. In it, he takes on the role of makeup artist and "magically" transforms a woman into Selena herself. Oh, the power of a jump cut!

For Selena, onscreen magic is second nature. In a YouTube version of the video that includes a look behind the scenes, she tells Zach his trick actually reminds her of the days when she played Alex Russo [2] on Disney's Wizards of Waverly Place. "I know all this stuff from being on the show," she says. Then she pulls a trick of her own!
