Dua Lipa and Anwar Hadid Are Legit Adorable, but He's Not Her First Famous Boyfriend

We stan Dua Lipa and Anwar Hadid's adorable relationship. And while the power couple has already been together for a little over a year, Dua's dating life hasn't always been smooth sailing. Known as the queen of breakup anthems, Dua has released hit after hit exuding sexy self-confidence, but the pop singer hasn't always practiced what she's preached (more on that later). Prior to coupling up with the 21-year-old model, who also happens to be the younger brother of Gigi and Bella Hadid, the "Don't Start Now" singer was in an off-and-on relationship with celebrity chef Isaac Carew. She's also dabbled in the music industry, dating a fellow artist. Ahead, take a quick trip down memory lane.

Dua's on-again off-again relationship with celebrity chef and model Isaac Carew is a doozy. The couple met in 2015, and two years later, amicably went their separate ways in February 2017. The cause of their breakup was blamed on busy schedules and not being able to spend quality time together.

Later that year, Dua was linked to Paul Klein of LANY, but broke things off to reconnect with ex Isaac. Not too long after, the couple ended their roller coaster of a relationship in May 2019.

Lead singer of the alternative rock band LANY, Paul Klein was romantically involved with Dua for a bittersweet five months. The relationship was short-lived, but Paul confessed in an interview that "that was the first time I've ever been in love, and I never felt anything like that in my life."

A few weeks following his split from Dua in January 2018, Paul consequently found himself writing music as a heartache cure. As a result, LANY had their second album, Malibu Nights.

Anwar Hadid

The photo that started it all: Anwar Hadid and Dua embraced at the 2019 British Summer Time Hyde Park music festival. Anwar didn't let any time go to waste with the musician after her split from Isaac. While rumors starting circulating in July 2019, the couple didn't confirm their relationship until New York Fashion Week that September.

Anwar and Dua just celebrated their one-year anniversary, and are now a family of three! The couple rescued a sweet, adorable little pup named Dexter.
