"Sometimes I feel like I work so much, I forget about life and to actually be present in these kinds of moments," she said. "I'm going to take a second to look around and think, 'Holy sh*t, this is happening.'" She went on to thank everyone for their support before encouraging guests to "have a beautiful night, and take in the moment."
