Prepare to be really impressed by Elle Fanning's dramatic chops. The actress stars in the trailer for About Ray as a transgender teen in the middle of his physical transition to male. His mother (Naomi Watts [1]) and grandmother (Susan Sarandon) are supportive, even if they don't fully understand. (Sarandon has the best line in the trailer: "I still vote lesbian.")
