One month from now, Arrow [1] will be back and all will be well with the world again. Season 4 starts on Oct. 7, smack in the middle of Fall TV premieres [2]. It's no secret that I'm rooting for Oliver and Felicity's relationship to flourish [3] on the new season, and it's downright surreal seeing them live a domesticated life in this new trailer.
