Where to start? And I'm not just saying this for the heck of it, I really believe this was the best film of the series. Everyone, especially "the kids" have grown so much as actors and it really showed. Anyways... ---I don't care if it isn't (strictly speaking) canon, HOORAY for Neville/Luna! I squealed when Neville said he was running off to tell her that he loves her. I know that Rowling has stated that both marry other people, but even she has sorta backtracked on that in interviews. Maybe she gave the go-ahead to the filmmakers to rectify it? Whatever, it's movie canon now and I'm cool with that. (trust me, I could babble on) ---Alan Rickman. You are a god and Oscar worthy in my humble opinion. That scene of him sobbing and holding a dead Lily was GUTWRENCHING. ---Ron weeping over Fred's body. Gahhhh! Rupert was amazing!! And of course Ron and Hermione's kiss! Finally. The producers of these films so obviously had a, sorry, but frankly speaking, hard on for Harry/Hermione...it was nice for the ACTUAL canon pairing to get their due. --Harry's walk to death and the King's Cross scene. Bravo, Daniel. I bawled. --Ginny screaming out for Harry when she thought he was dead. Not a big fan of Bonnie as Ginny, but she did well there.
