Johnny Depp [1] has gone through many dramatic transformations for movies, and his latest role is no exception. He's playing the legendary gangster Whitey Bulger in Black Mass [2], and new pictures from the film, due out of Sept. 18, show off his makeover. We already got a peek at Depp on the set [3] and in action in the movie's trailer [4], but now you can study him and his costars, Benedict Cumberbatch and Joel Edgerton, up close. There's something terribly disconcerting about those blue contact lenses, right?
