CGI master Andy Serkis is making his feature-film directorial debut with Breathe, a moving true story of the life of Robin Cavendish and his wife, Diana. At just 28 years old, Robin (Andrew Garfield) is paralyzed by polio and given months to live. Although the doctors warn her against it, Diana (The Crown's Claire Foy [1]) refuses to let Robin go without a fight and takes him out of the hospital to live out the rest of his days full of love and adventure. Robin then goes on to do things like raise the couple's young son and help other polio patients all over the UK.
