Before she was on The Bachelor [1], Caelynn Miller-Keyes was taking the Miss USA stage by storm! The 23-year-old Virginia native [2] was crowned Miss North Carolina [3] in 2018 and was the first runner-up to Miss USA that same year, which actually explains a lot.
