Deadpool, the X-Men spinoff starring Ryan Reynolds [1], has officially been revived, and to that point, 20th Century Fox has given the film a release date (Feb. 12, 2016) and has been casting more stars. Recently, Morena Baccarin was added to the cast, and this week, she unveiled who she's playing in the film, which already includes Reynolds and a few other faces. See who else will be making an appearance in the Marvel movie.
Ryan Reynolds
Reynolds will lead the cast as Deadpool, the alter ego of Wade Wilson. Reynolds first played the character in 2009's X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
Morena Baccarin
Homeland and Gotham star Baccarin was cast recently, and this week she revealed on Twitter [2] that she's playing Vanessa, aka Copycat.
Gina Carano
Carano will play Angel Dust [3], a vintage Marvel character.
T.J. Miller
Silicon Valley's Miller was recently cast [4] in an unknown role.
Ed Skrein
Skrein, who has appeared on Game of Thrones, joined the cast [5] in an unknown role, though he's rumored to play the villain.
