Hugh Jackman [1] and Taron Egerton star in Eddie the Eagle, an inspiring true story about British Olympic ski-jumper Michael "Eddie the Eagle" Edwards. The Kingsman: Secret Service actor [2] plays the farsighted, inept, nonathletic Eddie, and Jackman takes on the role of his whiskey-swilling — yet encouraging — trainer who whips him into shape for the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This isn't the first time an Eddie biopic has been attempted, and the real-life Edwards has noted it's only 10 percent accurate [3]. Still, judging from the clips of Jackman in '80s-style high-waisted jeans and spiky hair, it's definitely going to be worth a watch. See the movie when it lands in theaters on February 26, 2016.
