Just a week after announcing his retirement from the road [4], Elton John hit the stage at the Grammys on Sunday night for a performance of one of his biggest hits, "Tiny Dancer." Because the Grammys are all about unexpected duets, Miley Cyrus took the stage in a Zac Posen gown [5] halfway through to add a country-tinged vibe to the second verse, giving the 1971 song an updated sound that we never knew we needed.
