Ah, yes. The Emoji Movie. After the initial teaser came out in 2016, we were kind of hoping it would disappear into the ether, but alas the full trailer for the emoji-themed comedy has arrived. It stars TJ Miller as "meh" emoji Gene who can't seem to control his exuberant expressions and goes on an "app-venture" to become "normal" like everyone else with the help of pals Hi-5 (James Corden) and Jailbreak (Anna Faris [1]). Gene spouts wisdom like "I'm an emoji, I've gotta have some sort of purpose here," and "Maybe I"m meant to have more than just one emotion." Hey, at least there's a Sofia Vergara cameo [2] to look forward to . . .
