Fox is on a roll! The network announced at the Television Critics Association that they have chosen to renew Empire for season three [1] and Scream Queens for season two [2]. The news comes as no big surprise, given that Empire is a huge hit, and star Taraji P. Henson has the Golden Globe [3] to prove it. Meanwhile, Scream Queens' first season became Fall's No. 1 new series on VOD and in social media. Season two is set to take place at, drum roll please, a hospital.

Additionally, Fox is officially greenlighting [4] the Prison Break reboot [5] and is going ahead with a 24 spinoff, to be titled 24: Legacy. According to The Hollywood Reporter, "the project will revolve around said lead, a military hero recently returned to the US, and the trouble that follows him back."
