How Many of the Best Picture Nominees Have You Seen?

Four? Seven? All 10? We were recently taking our own tally at Sugar HQ, and several editors have been trying to squeeze in last-minute viewing parties of the Oscar nominees they've missed out on before tonight's big award gets handed out.

But what about you? Hopefully, by now you've already seen the ones most likely to win, but take my poll, and tell me how many you've seen. Here's the full list of titles to refresh your memory: Up, Avatar, The Hurt Locker, The Blind Side, An Education, Inglourious Basterds, A Serious Man, District 9, Precious, and Up in the Air.

And don't forget to tune in later as I'll be blogging live during the ceremony. I can't wait!

I haven't seen Basterds or Avatar yet. I used to do the AMC Best Picture Showcase every year, but I didn't want to sit through ten movies in a row or give up two Saturdays to see movies. Plus, I'd already seen most of the nominees this year.

Hurt Locker, I saw over the summer & it was MAGNIFICENT! The Blind Side and An Education I saw after the nominations were made. I mean to see Inglourious Basterds, really I do...

Six. Hated only one of them -- A Serious Man. I wanted to walk out of the theatre.

I only saw Precious. For some reason I am not much of a movie-goes. But I was there to see Alice.

Two, Up in the Air and An Education. Both good but An Education should win...

None, actually. I want to see "Up in the Air" and "An Education." The others are too sad (like "Up" - I was actually warned not to see it because it was so sad) or not my style.

Up, Avatar, District 9, and Inglorious Basterds. I want to see Precious and An Education. I don't care to see The Hurt Locker, The Blind Side, A Serious Man, or Up in the Air.

Avatar, Inglorious Basters, and District 9. While Avatar was definitely a stunner visually, I don't think it deserves Best Picture. Inglourious Basterds, however, was awesome, and while I really like District 9 I don't think it has a realistic chance at all. I'll definitely see Up in the Air when it comes out on Netflix, and I'm guessing I'll see Up and Blind Side, but I'll probably never watch Precious or The Hurt Locker.

i went to a 24 hour best picture marathon yesterday at AMC. so i've seen all of them back to back with no sleep. :) in my opinion, "inglorious basterds" is the best overall film. best acting, best shots, best directing, and the best story. it stands head and shoulders over "avatar" for the story. "avatar" had a very cliche story with terrible dialogue, whereas "basterds" just simply did not. i don't even know if tarantino is capable of terrible dialogue!
