Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday night, and the two engaged in what is described as an "Intense Staredown." The last staredown with Jared Leto got pretty weird [1], and this time around, it's just as bizarre. The Rock reveals the unwritten laws of the universe (which include knowing when "we gots to get our freak on") and throws an impromptu glitter party.
