Following massive success with Silver Linings Playbook and American Hustle, David O. Russell has again teamed up with Jennifer Lawrence [1] and Bradley Cooper [2] for Joy, a movie about Joy Mangano, the woman who invented the Miracle Mop. "What a quaint little story," you might think. If this trailer is a good indication, Joy is anything but quaint. It's a rollicking preview filled with The Rolling Stones, guns, and some good old-fashioned sobbing sessions. You'll even see a glimpse of Orange Is the New Black [3]'s Dascha Polanco, in addition to Robert De Niro [4], Virginia Madsen, and Édgar Ramírez. The movie is out Christmas Day, and I highly suggest watching the trailer below.
