Kelly Rowland [1] made her triumphant return to music when she released her new song, "Dumb," via SoundCloud on Monday. It's Kelly's first solo effort since welcoming son Titan in November 2014 [2] and will likely be featured on her fifth studio album, which she has reportedly been busy recording all year.
