Wow, so Benjamin Button was THAT bad huh? I haven't seen it yet but I truly wanted too. I liked Lord Of The Rings and could spend another Saturday watching all of the movies right behind each other. But Titanic took TOO long to get to the ending, which is what most of us wanted to see...the dramatic drowning and rescue. Peter Jackson's King Kong also took TOO long to get to who we wanted to see...which was King Kong. Brave Heart just got on my nerves after a while. I bought the movie and I still haven't finished it.

oh my goodness; I am so glad to hear that there are actually other people out there who were not lured into the deception of Benjamin Button - that was literally one of the worst movies I have ever seen! not only was the cinematography so over-the-top that it looked down right fake and was just distracting; the acting was so unbelievably convoluted, and the writing was incredibly unorganized and rambling. the characters were unsympathetic, uninteresting (which is pretty difficult to do with a character that ages in reverse), and all together miserable to watch; and there was no concrete theme. al in all, one of the worst (and definitely one of the most overrated) movies of all time. the others I'm fine with; I still don't think Titanic is that good; and while I personallt love The Green Mile I don't think it is a "must watch." a few I would add to this list are The Godfather (Part I), The Departed (good one Anon #2), Peter Jackson's King Kong (in my opinion one of the most underrated films of all time - even if it is a remake), La Dolce Vita, Alfred Hitchcock's Rebecca, and Mr. Smith Goes to Washington...
