The Emmys were a roller coaster of emotions on Monday night. Not only did a ton of exceptional winners take home awards [1] — if you haven't watched The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel yet, you better get on it — but there was also a heartwarming surprise proposal [2] right on the stage. In between all the jaw-dropping moments, though, was an emotional tribute to all the artists Hollywood lost this year [3]. After an introduction from Tina Fey [4], the late Aretha Franklin's "Amazing Grace" played in the background during footage featuring people like Anthony Bourdain [5], David Cassidy, Reg. E.
