Following last week's deleted scene from The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 [4], a new clip has been released. This time, the deleted scene takes place between Peeta and President Snow. It offers a little more insight into how Peeta becomes Snow's brainwashed right-hand man in the film.
