It's official! Nina Dobrev is returning to The Vampire Diaries [1] for the final season. The actress, who famously left the show at the end of season six, announced the exciting news on Instagram by sharing a picture of her script. "I know it's Thursday, but this is not a TBT. #BackOnSet #TVDForever," she captioned the post. While it is unclear whether she'll be reprising her role as Elena or Katherine [2], we are certainly happy to hear she's coming back! Mark your calendars: the series finale, entitled "I Was Feeling Epic," is set to air on Match 10.
