Rent [1] first opened on Broadway in 1996, but the cast is still close! During Fox's live production of the musical, the original stars [2] — Anthony Rapp (Mark), Adam Pascal (Roger), Daphne Rubin-Vega (Mimi), Jesse L. Martin (Tom), Wilson Jermaine Heredia (Angel), Idina Menzel (Maureen), Fredi Walker (Joanne), and Taye Diggs [3] (Benjamin) — had a sweet reunion as they sang "Seasons of Love [4]" with their Rent Live [5] counterparts.
