Already Missing Parenthood? Here's Where You Can See the Cast Next

It's official: Parenthood [1] is over. The cast has shared [2] their feelings, emotional pictures [3] have been tweeted, and deleted scenes [4] have been released. So, what's next? A number of cast members have movies and shows lined up, and we've rounded them up now for your convenience. Which star has a movie coming out this month? Who's going to costar with James Franco [5]? And which stars are just taking a break after six years of filming?

Peter Krause

Krause will next be seen in Night Owls, a comedy led by Adam Pally. Rosa Salazar (who had an arc on Parenthood), Rob Huebel, and Tony Hale all costar. There's no release date yet, but it's scheduled to come out in 2015. According to Yahoo [6], he's also met with producer Aaron Sorkin, who he worked with on Sports Night, about a new show, but he hasn't committed to anything.

Lauren Graham

Graham has a role in Max, a drama about a family that adopts a traumatized dog from the US Marines. The movie, due out Aug. 21, also stars Robbie Amell (The Tomorrow People) and Thomas Haden Church. She's also in a pilot for NBC called Kate on Late [7], about a female late-night host.

Dax Shepard

Look for Shepard to appear on an episode of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia airing in March. Beyond that, he's writing, directing, and starring in a big-screen version of the '70s classic CHiPs alongside Michael Peña.

Monica Potter

Potter is starring in a pilot for NBC [8] about a woman juggling her three ex-husbands. She also has her own lifestyle website [9] and a line of home products like candles and lotions.

Erika Christensen

Christensen is taking a break, so she'll have plenty of time to plan her upcoming wedding [10].

Sam Jaeger

Jaeger, who has a small role in American Sniper, can be seen in the upcoming TV series Lumen, as well as a short film called To Dust Return, costarring Jennifer Morrison (Once Upon a Time).

Joy Bryant

Bryant is taking some time off.

Miles Heizer

Heizer will next be seen in a short movie called The Red Thunder.

Mae Whitman

Whitman's next film, opening on Feb. 20, is called The Duff (aka The Designated Ugly Fat Friend). She stars opposite Bella Thorne, Robbie Amell, and Allison Janney in the high school comedy. She's also lending her voice to Rock Dog, an animated comedy due out this year.

Max Burkholder

Burkholder is set to star in a comedy called Babysitter, about a relationship between a teen and his babysitter.

Bonnie Bedelia

Bedelia is taking a break.

Craig T. Nelson

Look for Nelson in Will Ferrell [11]'s upcoming comedy Get Hard.

Sarah Ramos

Ramos has a part in The Greens Are Gone, a family drama starring Catherine Keener and Anton Yelchin. No release date yet!

Ray Romano

You'll be able to hear Romano next as Manny in Ice Age 5, due out in 2016.

Jason Ritter

Ritter will always be Mark Cyr to us, but he has a ton of indie movies lined up. Next is The Labyrinth, costarring James Franco [12], followed by Worthy, The Steps, and Embers. These are all scheduled to come out in 2015.

Matt Lauria

You can catch Lauria, aka Ryan, on Kingdom, DirecTV's series that stars Nick Jonas [13] as an MMA fighter.
