Not only does Noah Centineo seem like he'd be a perfect date IRL, but now he's starring as one in Netflix's latest romantic comedy. The streaming giant dropped the first trailer for The Perfect Date on Tuesday, which sees the To All the Boys I've Loved Before heartthrob playing a character named Brooks Rattigan (yes, we swear), a high school student trying to raise funds for college. And how does he do so, you might be wondering? By creating a dating app that "sells himself as a plus-one for all occasions," Netflix's official logline reads. "Along the way, he meets the girl of his dreams (Camila Mendes). But when business starts to boom, Brooks must reassess everything he was once sure of."

The film, which was initially titled The Stand-In, not only stars Riverdale's Camila Mendes as the dream girl in question, but also Lady Bird's Laura Marano as the sarcastic, combat-boot-wearing girl who starts Brooks's journey into becoming the perfect stand-in. Watch the trailer above if only for the fact you get to hear Centineo say the line, "You know Michelle Obama got paid to go on a date with Barack? And look how great that turned out."

The Perfect Date premieres on Netflix on April 12, 2019.
