Pretty Little Liars: Watch or Pass?

Even though Summer is rife with blockbusters, on TV, there's not always a ton to watch in the warmer months (except for True Blood, of course). ABC Family may have a solution, though, with its Summer series Pretty Little Liars. The promos have been running a lot, and I admit I'm intrigued: it's sort of murder-mystery-meets-Gossip Girl, and I'm thinking I could fit it into my repertoire if it sucks me in. I've also been missing Privileged's Lucy Hale, who's one of the stars. The show starts June 8, so watch the trailer below and let me know: will you tune in?

Eh, I'll pass. I read the beginning of the book series it's based on. I think I got 3 into the series before I stopped reading; too dramatic for my tastes. And there were lots of parallel story lines, it was a little confusing at times. I can only imagine what kind of story lines ABC Family will add to make this more on par with Gossip Girl
