Ready Player One's Soundtrack Is a Nostalgic Love Letter to the '80s

Whether you were born in the '80s, know nothing about the '80s, or are simply creating an elaborate life-or-death video-game-style quest with plenty of '80s references thrown in, Ready Player One's soundtrack will no doubt have you resisting the urge to dance in the movie theater. Steven Spielberg's nostalgia-heavy sci-fi adventure film, adapted from Ernest Cline's 2011 novel of the same name, leans heavily into its 1980s influence, filling the soundtrack with classics from Prince, Blondie, and more.

If you're as obsessed with the music as we are, we have good news: we've rounded up all 12 songs featured throughout the film. Let's just say that what Ready Player One lacks in postcredits scenes it more than makes up for with Hall & Oates. Check out the full list ahead, and then head on over to iTunes if you want to purchase it for yourself.
