Samuel L. Jackson Is Nick Fury in Iron Man 2

Iron Man . . . Wait, Don't Leave Before End of Credits

Lisa and I just came back from the best comic book movie ever made, period. I agree with Buzz's glowing review. When you do go see it, you must stay till after the credits . . . as they give us a great teaser for Iron Man 2.

while i did miss the sneak peak i'm kind of upset that the only thing you guys are excited about is an iron man 2 sequel. For people who aren't fans of the comic book you may not understand but the appearance of nick fury and the statement regarding the AVENGERS is HUGE!!!! This means not only iron man 2 but an AVENGERS movie, meaning the pairing up of the hulk, spiderman, iron man, wolverine and captain america (note that only one of these characters hasn't been cast) and according to a few sources i've read since the release of iron man.....THE AVENGERS ARE COMING!!!! Celebrate this is a huge day for geeks EVERYWHERE!!!

my fella' and i didn't stay through the credits on this one, even though we usually do. i had even suspected there'd be something at the end, and i'm a bit disappointed we didn't get to see this. but i suppose it's only a matter of time until it pops up on youtube, right? anyhow, it was an awesome, AWESOME movie. definitely a lot of fun, and a great start to my summer movie viewing.

I loved it! I'm more excited at the new Hulk movie, than Batman. I really don't like this new spin to the Batman movies and the new one looks just as boring to me.

I really enjoyed the movie. My favorite 'comic book to movie' movie yet... well, second favorite after Batman Begins. I didn't read the Iron Man comic (although I'm tempted to now) but I've heard from my fellow nerds that this Iron Man movie follows quite closely to the comic, with a few changes to modernize the bad guy although I won't get into that argument... I'd see the movie again and can't wait for it to come out on HD. (:

I just got back from this movie about an 2 hours ago and there is so much that I want to say about it. First of all, the special effects were awesome, and I thought the acting was quite good, altough some critics may not see this as the kind of movie you cast big-name actors in. Also, I couldn't stop wishing I had Tony's house, his vehicle collection, and (of course) his Iron Man suit. Ninotchka is right on about the soundtrack. I loved it! (yeah, I was the idiot in the back playing the air guitar through the whole thing- every theater has one.) I was the only one in the theater who stayed for the trailer at the end, but it was worth it. They brought in Nick Fury!!!

I literally JUST came home from watching it. How frustrating!! I wish I had stayed!!! But i must say i LOVED it. I was really not expecting much from the trailer, i thought it was gonna be all cheesy, but it was just AWESOME. cant wait to get the soundtrack!

Cocochic - Same here. I cannot wait for Dark Knight to come out, however seeing Heath in the trailer is tough. I mean, I admire him so the film won't bother me however seeing the trailer got to me abit. Probably because I haven't looked at or seen his face in months.

Thanks for the head's up! I so want to see this film; I would see this just for Robert Downey however the effects & suit are just too cool (and I never was comic book fan however I love the films! :p )

The teaser was great! I always stay through the credits. You never know when something will pop up! The Dark Knight trailer was awesome but I had a hard time not getting choked up at Heath.

haha, I just left and didn't stay till end of credits! I thought it was OK, I wasn't as impressed. Yes, the suit was amazing and the flying and all but I was never into the comic book and I don't think it did as well as other comic book stories like the latest Batman with Christian Bale in making you say...yeah this was kick ass, without knowing the background. Oh and what was up with Gwyneth in this role? Is she desperate for work? I would have never pegged hr doing this!
